Structly is a SaaS platform designed for construction companies to manage projects, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, finances, and related operations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
You retain all rights to data you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your project data, contracts, or any business information.
You may not use the Service to engage in any illegal activity, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, or interfere with the platform's operation.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the billing settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
